- Choose party theme
- Set party date and time
- Decide on a budget
- Prepare a guest list
- Choose a venue (If you are not having the party at your home book the venue)
- If you are hiring a entertainment book it. (performer, face painter, bounce house ... etc.)
- If you are hiring a photographer book it.
- Prepare invitations
- Party menu & party decorations
- Make a schedule of activities
3 Weeks Before
- Order food (pizza, sandwich, cakes .. etc.)
- Renting kids table, chairs or other equipment
- Send out invitations
- See what party deco you have now. Buy or start to make some.
- Buy loot bags and party favors.
- Make grocery list
- Purchase your table ware including plates, napkins ... etc.
1 Week Before
- Purchase additional party supplies
- Call guests that haven't responded
2 Days Before
- Purchase food and drinks
- assemble party favors and loot bags
- Bake the cake (If you are baking)
1 Day Before
- Buy the cake
- Decorate the venue
- Prepare any make a head food
- Purchase drinks
